The Skaven Skrewballz had to use every ounce of speed and cunning to defeat the Harbingers of Doom 2 - 1 in this hardcore contest. The Harbingers played a brutal blocking game as well as an aggressive passing game dominating the first half. The Harbingers failed to arrest the Skrewballz in the second half, despite the brutal beating that was given to the Skaven team.

Pinky Whiptail's (Gutter Runner) suddenly grew Very Long Legs. While Officials have been unable to uncover conclusive evidence many experts believe that the Skaven have exposed Pinky to Warpstone. The Skrewballz coach denies use of any illegal chaotic substance. The Skaven Skrewballz hired Spike Katskinner (Linerat) for the only new contract this game.

In a grueling contest the Tombstone Terrors steamrolled their way to a victory against the Chaos Crushers in a 3 - 0 shutdown. The Chaos Crushers were awarded a handicap roll and gained a Re-Roll at the start of play. Despite the fact that a Crushers fan struck Oozing Oscar (Tombstone Terrors - Ghoul) with a rock, knocking him out of the game, the Terrors managed to dominate the ball. Despite the valiant efforts of the Crushers on the line they could not achieve a victory. The Terrors lurched, passed, shambled, and ran their way repeatedly into the end zone.

The Stygian Abyss were pummeled 0 - 2 by the unrelenting Dark Tower Slayers. Both teams had a player miss the game due to Niggling Injuries. The Abyss stubbornly and grimly attempted to hold the line against the Slayers but were smashed forward in a series of violent clashes. The Slayers gained yardage through a slow grind despite the efforts of Salient Malient (Stygian Abyss - Witch Elf) and his cohorts. Targ Bonebreaka (Darktower Slayers - Blitzer) bashed Aavy Darkwall (Stygian Abyss - Lineelf) and would have slain him without the intervention of an Apothecary. In retaliation Sonestra Spiderbite (Stygian Abyss - Witchelf) badly hurt Taleg Fangnasha (Dartower Slayers - Lineorc). Targ Bonebreaka showed his mettle by inflicting the only Slayers casualty and scoring both touchdowns. Fans and commentators were surprised that so few casualties occurred.

The Blackwing Bombers were punished into submission 0 - 1 by the controversially bloody and brutal Backwata Bashas, even with two handicap rolls resulting in a Biased Referee and Smelling Salts. The Bombers initiated an attempt at a passing game early in the first half, but were unable to stop the vicious Bashas from finally scoring, despite a strong attempt to hold the line. The Backwata Bashas inflicted 3 casualties on the Blacking Bombers. All 3 of the Bombers were luckily only badly hurt. Gruditeth Shaase fell victim to Ornery (Backwata Bashas - Black Orc Blocker) becoming his 5th casualty. Ornery now leads the league in Casualties.
