In a hard fought contest the Wild Ones lost to the Skaven Skrewballz 3 - 4. The Skrewballz weaved and skittered up the field to score repeatedly. Bugger McFly dodged and scurried into the Wild Ones End Zone for the winning touchdown. The Skrewballz were given this opening when the Wild Ones elected to blitz Speedy Katpoker into the crowd. The Wild Ones coach in a moment of bloodlust failed to hit the ball carrier, permitting a Skaven Skrewballz victory. All 3 of the Wild Ones Touchdowns were scored by Daisy Rosesniffer, a recently hired catcher. Velorian Barkskin (Wild Ones - Lineelf) broke the neck of Lefty Neebiter (Skaven Skreballz - Horned Linerat) in a key block. The Wild Ones inflicted the only 2 casualties of the game. The game was a fast paced running and passing game, punctuated by brisk blocking.
