The Arabic Knights were defeated by the Deathrow Posse in an intense scrum heavy match. The majority of plays by both teams were running plays. All four of the Kickoff Results were in favor of the Posse, including a Blitz, Cheering Fans, a Perfect Defense, and a Pitch Invasion. The invasion of fans on the pitch resulted in 5 Stunned Knights, toward the end of the game, preventing the Arabic Knights from tying up the game. The game was a very methodical engagement.

The Wild Ones defeated the Skaven Skrewballz in a hotly contested match. Each team scored in a single turn play in their last turn of the first half. The Skrewballz had 5 players Knocked Out in the first half, four of which returned to play in the second half. A risky play by Thorny Nutflicker, a Wild Ones Wardancer, knocked free the ball allowing the Wild Ones to score a victory, propelling them into their second NWL Blood Bowl appearance. The Deathrow Posse beat down the Wild Ones in a textbook running style match. The Posse managed to inflict casualties on both of the Wild Ones Catchers, Floating Oakleaf and Daisy Rosesniffer, early in the first half. Both Wardancers, Mylatia Treelover and Branch Facesnap, were also Knocked Out in the first half. The Deathrow Posse managed to retain control of the ball throughout the match and dominated the game. By turn 8 of the second half only 1 Wild One was standing of the 5 on the pitch. The Wild Ones were unable to Dodge or perform ball handling with their usual ease. In the first turn of the second half the Wild Ones failed a Short Pass attempt and were unable to get the ball into formation. At the beginning of the second half, only 9 Wild Ones were able to take the field.
